We are committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. We guarantee that should a cartridge not perform to your satisfaction, we will replace that cartridge free of charge within 24-48 hours. In the unlikely event that one of our cartridges causes the need for service to one of your printers, we will fully reimburse you for the cost of repair to that printer, or we will replace that printer, if necessary. Such would simply require an affidavit by a properly licensed technician.
